Field Service Engineer

Install, start up, and test Delkor equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic programming issues. Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and equipment optimization. Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance. Complete service reports, documentation, and follow-up. Support equipment checkout, PLC/HMI updates, FATs, and assembly as needed.

Associate degree in Automated Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field. 2+ years as a Field Service Engineer I or 3+ years relevant field experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability. Experience with RSLogix 500/5000, PanelView Plus HMIs, and reading schematics. Ability to travel frequently, often on short notice. Excellent communication, organization, and independent work skills.

Regular lifting up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work in production environments.

70% travel to customer facilities (industrial production environment). 20% work on Delkor's production floor. 10% office-based work and documentation.

$35.00–$45.00/hour, depending on experience. Field Service II and III may be eligible for a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Medical, dental, vision insurance. 401(k) plan. Paid time off. Life and disability insurance. Additional voluntary benefits.
