Additional Information About the Role Are you a Certified Athletic Trainer looking for a full‑time opportunity? Missouri Baptist Sullivan has an opportunity for an ATC to support coverage for a local high school. The ATC provides prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries for student‑athletes in a high school setting. This role collaborates closely with physicians, physical therapists, coaches, and school staff to ensure safe participation and optimal health outcomes. The athletic trainer serves as a key member of an integrated healthcare team, delivering coordinated care both on‑site and within the clinical setting. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of clients receiving athletic training services in the field and clinical setting. Client care is provided with an understanding of the developmental needs of the population served. Contributes to process improvement and is responsible for professional growth. Responsibilities Directs, provides, and ensures the delivery of outcome‑oriented care of athletes on the field following all National and State regulations. Performs acute injury evaluation and rehabilitation under a physician’s directive. Develops and instructs on‑site or in‑home exercise programs. Supervises and educates students, volunteers, and the community.
