Systems & Applications Administrator-On-Site McDonough GA

Nexus Circular is seeking a Systems & Applications Administrator to support our employees, business applications, and day-to-day IT operations.

This is a mid-level position ideal for an IT professional who has progressed beyond entry-level support and is comfortable independently troubleshooting issues, administering business applications, and working directly with technology vendors.

The role will primarily focus on end-user support, SaaS application administration, account and access management, and vendor coordination . Experience with networking and infrastructure is a strong plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees, including hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, printers, and business applications.
• Manage support requests from initial troubleshooting through resolution and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including computer setup, user accounts, application access, and equipment.
• Administer business applications including Agiloft, Salesforce, Infor, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and other enterprise SaaS platforms .
• Manage application users, licenses, roles, permissions, and access.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with software vendors when additional support is required.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, and basic workflow changes.
• Perform routine Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration, including users, groups, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, managed service providers, telecommunications providers, and hardware manufacturers.
• Open and manage vendor support cases and follow issues through resolution.
• Maintain IT procedures, system documentation, vendor information, and application support documentation.
• Assist with software licensing, renewals, technology purchases, and equipment inventory.
• Assist with basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, application administration, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise SaaS or business applications.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, groups, and application access.
• Ability to independently manage technical issues and work directly with third-party vendors.
• Working knowledge of common IT concepts such as Active Directory/Entra ID, authentication, networking, and endpoint support.
• Strong communication, customer service, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agiloft, Salesforce, Infor, or similar enterprise applications .
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or other enterprise networking technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment.
• Experience with IT service management or ticketing systems.
• CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with employees and vendors, learning new applications, troubleshooting unfamiliar problems, and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
