1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Twin Resources is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Northwest Dayton area to hire a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician . If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping production running, this is a solid opportunity to step into a critical role. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment and identifying root causes Perform repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment Handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) to minimize downtime Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing defective parts Use shop equipment like lathes, drill presses, and grinders Test and validate machine performance after repairs What We're Looking For 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical + basic electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work with hand tools and metalworking equipment Preventative maintenance experience High school diploma or GED required Maintenance apprenticeship or technical training = strong plus Why Consider This Role Stable manufacturing environment Hands‑on, problem‑solving work every day Opportunity to grow your maintenance skillset Northwest Dayton, OH #J-18808-Ljbffr
