Prep Cook Summary:
The Prep Cook is responsible and accountable for performing tasks and duties assigned to them within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food Prep, Restaurant Cleanliness and Teamwork.
Prep Cook Job Expectations:
The Prep Cook will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a fast speed of service, interact with Guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, follow all safety and security procedures, and conduct any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.

MR Chicken LLC is a locally owned and operated Dave's Hot Chicken franchise, currently operating 11 locations in Wisconsin with plans for more very soon. Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 28 years in business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. We pride ourselves on serving up bold flavors and offering an environment with beautiful and distinctive decor.
