These hard working and caring doctors are looking to hire a reliable nanny for two boys, ages 6 and 3.5, and a baby on the way. The ideal candidate for this position loves working with babies, but is also experienced in the juggling act that comes with also having preschool and young school age kiddos. This is an active, loving, and playful home that functions beautifully around strong and open communication. Despite their busy work schedules, these parents make time to debrief with you before the end of your day so that you feel supported and set up for success. If you like getting out of the home for walks, picnics, and playground dates, you will want to apply. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for two boys (ages 6 and 3.5) and support a baby on the way. Engage in age-appropriate activities, supervise play, and encourage development. Assist with daily routines, including feeding and sleep routines as appropriate. Coordinate outings such as walks, picnics, and playground visits. Communicate with parents to debrief and plan for the next day. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional nanny experience. Legal to work in the US. Local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA). Experience and knowledge around developmental milestones and establishing feeding and sleep routines. Licensed driver with a clean driving record and access to a car to get to work.
