Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Direct Patient Care:

• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to health changes
• Support patients and families through clear communication and education

Collaborate Across Disciplines:

• Partner with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses for coordinated care
• Participate in rounds, care planning, and discharge processes

Ensure Safety & Compliance:

• Follow established protocols and infection control procedures
• Keep accurate, detailed patient records
• Uphold standards of excellence, compassion, and patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Maine
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to quality care
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
