Cape Cod Rehab is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position in Osterville, Massachusetts. Full-time is preferred, and new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Every new hire receives dedicated mentorship and support from day one.

About the Role

You will treat a diverse general orthopedic caseload that includes pre and post-operative patients as well as individuals seeking conditioning and injury prevention support across a wide range of fitness levels. Additional clinical focus areas include balance, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports physical therapy. Full-time PTs can expect a caseload of approximately 11 to 12 patients per day.

Schedule

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. Weekends and holidays are never required, though Saturday hours are available for those who want them. Schedules are determined collaboratively based on candidate preference, and Cape Cod Rehab PTs enjoy an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Benefits vary based on full-time or part-time status and include medical and dental insurance, a Health Savings Account, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, continuing education, a free fitness membership, a student loan program, and more. Clinicians will work alongside PTs who hold clinical specialist certifications in sports and orthopedics and will have opportunities to participate in and lead continuing education both in-house and externally.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Candidates must be eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 16 hours and two weekdays of availability will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Cape Cod Rehab was founded in 1985, with roots that include the former Boston Celtics Head Athletic Trainer for eight NBA championship teams. Physical Therapist Joe Carroll joined as the first employee at the Mashpee location, and in 1988 Joe and his wife Kathy purchased the practice and became full owners.
