Job Description

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to provide direct resident care and clinical support in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.

Compensation:
$28.35 - $31.01 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident nursing care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions
Report changes in status to RN or appropriate care team members
Support CNA staff during assigned shift
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow facility safety and infection control procedures

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
Strong communication and reliability
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to work independently during night shift
