Table Games Supervisor

As a Table Games Supervisor, you'll oversee live casino games, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and exceptional guest service. You'll support dealers, monitor for compliance, and help maintain a high-energy, engaging environment on the casino floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise table games operations and enforce gaming rules
• Monitor dealer performance and guest conduct
• Promote a fun and professional atmosphere for guests and team members
• Verify payouts and maintain accurate game procedures
• Report irregularities and ensure compliance with gaming regulations
• Provide coaching and support to dealers as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of Table Games supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Carnival games
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Licenses:

• Valid Nevada Gaming License
• Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
