Job Title: Plasma Cutter/Welder
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Assignment: Temporary (Approximately 3 Months)
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Plasma Cutter/Welder for our fabrication and manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ.
This role supports production by performing plasma cutting and welding operations to help maintain efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform plasma cutting and welding operations.
- Fabricate production components according to specifications.
- Read blueprints and work instructions.
- Maintain quality workmanship throughout production.
- Follow safety procedures and production standards.
- Assist in maintaining production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous plasma cutting experience required.
- Manufacturing welding experience required.
- Experience welding coated or painted ("dirty") materials preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
