Supply Chain SupervisorThe Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all site-level supply chain activities at the Endicott manufacturing facility. This role oversees production planning, purchasing, inventory management, material flow, logistics coordination, and customer order fulfillment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery. The Supply Chain Supervisor serves as the primary link between Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers, ensuring materials, resources, and production schedules are aligned with customer demand and business objectives. The role leads a team of planners, buyers, inventory personnel, and related supply chain professionals while driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supplier performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Supply Chain LeadershipProduction Planning & SchedulingProcurement & Supplier ManagementInventory ManagementLogistics & Material FlowCustomer Order FulfillmentOperational ExcellenceQualifications:Education & Experience RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management.Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.PreferredExperience in electrical components, connectors, cable assemblies, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.Experience supporting high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing environments.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and team development skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Strong understanding of supply and demand planning concepts.Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Physical/Environmental Requirements:The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
