Summary Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the Gallery by consulting on high-end home furnishings and design solutions. Collaborate with Interior Design to qualify, educate and support clients, owning the client experience from first contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated, product-expert experience for luxury clientele on the gallery floor Qualify and educate potential clients on Interior Design services and solutions Manage all phases of the client relationship from initial contact to delivery Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are met Represent the brand through professional communication, appearance and service Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery Requirements Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred Background or relevant experience in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferred Strong relationship skills, strategic agility, organization and results orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around the gallery and stock room; ability to travel locally #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
