Our staff feels valued, happy, and enthusiastic because Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is the place they want to be!Come, join the TEAM!Benefits we offer our RN Supervisor:Competitive salaryWeekendsPart-time, & PRN availableExcellent benefits (medical, dental, vision plus more)Comfortable staffing ratios!401KPTOHoliday Pay, bonus pay including referral bonusesEmployee engagement activities and staff appreciation eventsPositive, supportive, welcoming team environmentElectronic Onboarding for seamless onboarding experienceRN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:Oversee and manage nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care.Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Monitor the quality of nursing care provided and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, offering coaching and mentorship as needed.Manage staffing needs, including scheduling and overseeing nursing personnel during weekend shifts.Address and resolve any resident or family concerns promptly and professionally.Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities and incidents.RN Supervisor Qualifications:RN license in the state of New JerseyExperience in Acute care LTC or similar settings requiredCurrent/active CPR certification is preferredEffective verbal and written English communication skillsHighest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectivesCustomer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressureWeekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule).
