Apparel Design Assistant

Job Description Design Collective by Cintas is seeking an Apparel Design Assistant to assist in developing designs and collections for multiple markets. Under the direction of the Design Manager and/or Director and in partnership with peers, this role will assist in executing product designs, sketches, illustrations and technical design requests for products connected with our Ready To Wear Catalog line, Customer Exclusive and Custom-designed projects. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
