Lead Fence Installer

*Hiring for our commercial and residential crews * *Job Overview* Install fence, guide rail, exterior railing and sports netting. *Experience* Our ideal candidate should have prior experience with a construction, landscaping or fence contractor. The candidate should possess the knowledge and experience of operating equipment such as a Bobcat, Dingo, excavator, forklift, hand tools, etc. as well as the ability to operate a dump truck, pick-up truck, stake body, and pull a trailer. While this experience would be helpful it is not necessary, we are willing to train the right, long-term candidate. *THE MUST HAVES* - Valid driver's license - Not negotiable. - Reliable transportation to our shop. - Strong attendance and punctuality -- Late arrivals will not be tolerated. - Maintain professional, clean appearance at all times. - Strong desire to learn/improve on a trade and progress with the team. - Strong communication skills. - Be comfortable with overtime -- Average 45+/- hours/week. - Willingness to work year round. *Pay* $42K - $65K/yr.
