FirstLight Home Care of Napa is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Aides/Caregivers to join our team in Napa, CA. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed health regimens.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve overall well-being.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately and promptly.
• Provide support with mobility and assist clients with smooth transitions throughout their daily activities.

This Role Requires

• Previous experience in Caregiving, home health, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in clients' homes.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Completion of background checks and necessary certifications as required by state regulations.
• Flexibility to accommodate varied schedules, including weekends and evenings.
