Lead Behavioral Health Technician: Shift Leader

Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support the effective operation of our behavioral health facility. Fulltime Shift: Monday to Friday - (4pm to mid) Key Responsibilities: Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and families to promote effective care Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and staff Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives Daily chart documentation Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures to include employee handbook On- Call rotation every other week What Our Company Offers: Healthcare Dental Vision Retirement ( 4% matching) Vacation/PTO Paid Training Providing behavioral health services to the Mental Health Community of Texas since 1980.
