Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist job in Wilmington, DE. This position is a temp-to-hire role. As an Inventory Specialist , you will perform inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records in a secure, fast-paced environment. Apply Now! Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: · Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle audits. · Investigate, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies. · Organize, consolidate, and maintain inventory within the warehouse and vault. · Assist with customer inventory audits and provide operational support. · Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. · Travel between facilities to perform inventory audits. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Basic Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Previous inventory, auditing, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the workday. • Forklift experience is a plus, or willingness to be trained. • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between facilities as needed. • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
