RN - Case Manager

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an RN - Case Manager for a travel position. The ideal candidate will work in a case management setting and will be responsible for coordinating patient care and managing patient cases. This position requires 2 years of experience and will accept first-timers with clinical approval. The role does not require call and will involve floating between similar units as needed. Locals are accepted within a 50-mile radius. The traveler must commit to working 3 out of 5 specified holidays. Two references covering one year within the last three years are required. The traveler is expected to float between all facilities within the state. If a mobile phone is required for the assignment, the client will provide it at no cost to the provider or agency.
