Overview WORSHIP LEADER Who are we: Military Street Baptist Church in Houlton, Maine (Church on the Hill) Our average attendance is 220 people and growing Our Worship team comprises 29 volunteers, including a full band, sound, and technical personnel. The Military Street Baptist Church (MSBC) Worship Leader is a full-time position tasked with planning, preparing for, and leading weekly worship service that promotes Spirit-led worship. The leader proclaims an uncompromised message of the Gospel. You will develop and lead a Jesus-centered worship and prayer culture. The Worship Leader will shepherd the Body of Christ into worship and oversee the health and development of all worship leaders, musicians, and technical personnel.
