Transfer Experience Required -- Caregiver / CNA Must have GAIT belt / Hoyer lift / sit‑to‑stand / slide board experience. We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and well‑being. Amada Senior Care provides care services for seniors and their families. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and medication reminders Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cooking Escort clients to appointments and run errands Monitor and report changes in client’s health status Implement behavior management techniques when necessary Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, feeding, medication reminders, walking/exercise assistance, light housekeeping, errands, toileting, non‑medical help Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in an assisted living/senior care environment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Proficiency in caregiving techniques and behavior management Familiarity with home care systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs Valid ID and Social Security Card Driver’s license (preferred) Ability to commute reliably to North/Western Suburbs (required) Benefits & Compensation Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (weekly pay) Part‑time & full‑time positions available Flexible scheduling to fit your availability 24‑hour support from staff Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance (eligible for full‑time employees) 401(k) (eligible for full‑time employees) Direct deposit Overtime pay for hours over 40 per week Paid training and career growth opportunities Referral program incentive Schedule & Options 4‑hour shift, 8‑hour shift, day shift Monday – Friday with rotating weekends as needed Work available: Live‑In, Weekends, Part‑time, Full‑time Location Openings in north and western Chicago suburbs: Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge, Lake Bluff, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Oakbrook, Forest Park, Riverside, Downers Grove, Westmont, and more.
