Event Staff

(Baton Rouge, Louisiana): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Event Staff to support a variety of events including festivals, corporate functions, conventions, concerts, and private gatherings. The Event Staff will assist with event setup, guest services, and breakdown while ensuring a positive and professional experience for attendees and organizers. Essential Duties: Assist with event setup including tables, chairs, signage, and equipment Greet guests and provide directions or event information Manage registration or check-in areas for attendees Support food and beverage service areas when required Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization Assist with crowd flow and guest services during events Support event breakdown and cleanup after event completion Requirements/Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment Reliable transportation to event locations in the Baton Rouge area Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team All cashiers and concessions employees must possess a valid parish barcard.
