This role not only enhances clinical competencies but also fosters professional growth and collaboration within the healthcare team.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program within the last 18 months of start date • Unrestricted RN licenseAbility to provide credentialing documentation at least 8 weeks prior to start date: 1 National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) 2 DC APRN license 3 DEA 4 CDSPreferred QualificationsPrevious clinical experience in a healthcare setting.Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and healthcare teams.Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.SkillsThe required skills for this position include strong clinical assessment abilities, which are essential for accurately diagnosing and treating patients.
