\nOffice Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm\n
\nRequirements: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified or Eligible,\n
\nAnesthesiologist or PM&R Residency Training, Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship Required (ACGME)\n
\nAdvanced Procedures: (e.g., at least several of SCS, MILD, Kyphoplasty, Vertiflex, Minuteman, Viadisc, Discogram, Posterior Lumbar Fusion, SI Fixation)\n
\nPayor Mix: Commercial, Medicare, Tricare, W.Comp (No Medicaid)\n
\nPatient Volume: Varies between Surgery Center and Clinic\n
\nCompensation:\n
\nInitial Term: 2 years\n
\nGuaranteed Base Salary: $Competitive\n
\nProduction Bonus: 40% of Collections over $1M\n
\nPractice Ownership Opportunity: Partnership-track role with co-investment eligibility\n
