Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
• California Speech Language Pathologist license required to start
• Speech Language Pathologist credential verification required to start
• Hepatitis B required to start
• TB required to start
• Flu required to start
• Tdap required to start

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Floating to other facilities is required
