Human Resources Manager Springfield, MO, US Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking an HR Manager to help lead day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leaders across multiple brands and departments. This is a hands‑on opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee development, HR systems, compliance, and workplace culture. What You'll Do Lead and administer the performance management process , including 30/60/90-day plans, reviews, goal setting, career pathways, feedback, and progressive discipline. Manage ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HCM systems , including data integrity, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support. Oversee workers’ compensation claims , return‑to‑work/light‑duty programs, OSHA recordkeeping support, and cost‑containment efforts. Maintain accurate, controlled HR records and documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements. Support full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, and offboarding . Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance, policies, and workplace issues. Coordinate employee training, competency assessments, and development programs . Support CMC’s second‑chance employment philosophy and values‑driven workplace culture. Partner with the HR Director on policies, audits, vendors, compliance, and special projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of progressive HR experience , including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HCM system . Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS administration. Experience with workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs. Manufacturing, construction, or modular industry experience preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and document/records control preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel skills; Power BI or analytics experience is a plus. PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
