Delivery Drivers assist with order taking, sandwich making, food prep, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness in addition to delivering orders Freaky Fast and Freaky Safe.Starting pay and incentives begin at $10.50 per hour, with a guaranteed $0.50 raise after completing driver training and 90 days of employment. Our Rockstar Delivery Drivers can average $25 per hour or more, including tips and daily-paid mileage reimbursements!At Jimmy John's, we specialize in super-fast, high-quality sandwich making and delivery! We use Managers and in-store trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ's and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a JJ ROCKSTAR.
