Senior Software Architect

Job Duties: Design/develop customized software solutions for business spend management and supply chain operations, analyze user needs and apply supply chain domain knowledge; Update/enhance software capabilities utilizing one cloud platform to manage transactions across procurement, payments and supply chain; Define solutions/architecture to integrate Coupa with existing customer software, optimize supply chain and spend management strategies; Develop and deliver DataMap’s proprietary software implementation processes and custom software tools; Analyze information to recommend installation of new software systems or modification of existing systems; Perform Coupa development and hands-on configuration for Coupa Procure to Pay, Contracts, Sourcing, Inventory, RPM, Supply Chain, and Treasury solutions; Develop software addons/interfaces to customer cloud systems; Analyze system capabilities/requirements; confer with project managers and developers on limitations for SaaS platforms, project status, proposals, or technical issues; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues; Assign work to development team; track progress on tasks; Direct software system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and System Acceptance Testing; Evaluate information on reporting formats required, costs, or security needs; Prepare weekly reports for Coupa and client correspondence; Train users on software systems, including Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or directly related field. Minimum Experience Requirement: 3 years of experience in implementation of supplier data/performance management software.
