Overstory Health is a newly launched startup building world‑class, patient‑centric Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for individuals with high‑acuity mental health needs. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Lead Therapist (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care and supporting our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in assessing patients, delivering therapy, and supporting both individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Focus on Outcomes: Deliver both individual and group therapy using evidence‑based, measurement‑informed practices that support long‑term mental health. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Drive Operational Excellence: Conduct clinical assessments, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations. What Success Looks Like Patients report improved well‑being and increased confidence in managing their mental health. Effective collaboration across teams leads to seamless care coordination and high patient satisfaction. Consistent achievement of performance goals, including quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Qualifications Active licensure as a licensed therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings preferred; PCP IBH or FQHC settings considered). Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with confidence using evidence‑based practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT. Proficiency in Google applications and willingness to learn department‑specific software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Electronic Health Record systems). Why Join Overstory Health?
