Senior HR Business Partner
Salary: $115,000 $130,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner:
Advise business leaders on organizational priorities, workforce planning, and change initiatives
Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams across the Service & Solutions organization
Partner on performance management, leadership development, and talent initiatives
Analyze HR metrics, including attrition and critical position fill rates, to support business decisions
Support workforce strategies impacting customer support, service delivery, and operational performance
Provide HR partnership to leaders and field-based service teams, including Field Service Engineers
Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner:
5-8+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives
Proven ability to influence, advise, and constructively challenge senior leaders
Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
