Position Summary

As our Retail Pharmacist, you’ll be the go-to expert for safe and effective medication use. You’ll work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure prescriptions are accurate, interactions are avoided, and every patient feels confident in their treatment.

Salary

Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
Review prescriptions for safety, dosage, and potential interactions
Educate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize treatment plans
Manage inventory and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain detailed records and uphold privacy standards (HIPAA)

Qualifications

PharmD degree from an accredited institution
Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with pharmacy software and EHR systems
