Job Overview:Executive Assistant to the CEOof KDP Coffee Operating UnitFuture standalone Global Coffee CompanyThis role is specific to the current Coffee Operating Unit of KDPFollowing the recent, successful acquisition of JDE Peet's in April 2026, the Coffee Operating Unit will become its own independent publicly traded company. For more information on this, please visit keurigdrpepper.com Reporting directly to the CEOof KDP Coffee Operating Unit,who will also serve as the CEO ofthe future standalone Global Coffee Company,the Executive Assistant provideshigh levelexecutive and administrative support to the CEOThe Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on all matters pertaining tothe CEOof KDP Coffee Operating Unit. The EA must thrive working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities at once and anticipatingthe needsof the CEO. Must also exercise impeccable judgment in a variety of situations and handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.This role will work closely with global leaders and teamsin Amsterdam, Netherlands andrequires flexibility to work across time zones.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Executive Assistant assiststhe CEO of KDP Coffee Operating Unit in all executive and administrative matters: calendar management, internal & external correspondenceand travel management.Acts as a firstpoint of contact for internal and external parties seeking to connect with the CEO. Works closely and effectively with the CEOof KDP Coffee Operating Unitto keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Provides sophisticated calendar management: prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day operationsAssembles electronic materials for CEO/Executive team meetings, ensuring distribution in a timely mannerAnticipates needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. Prioritize daily schedule and commitments accordingly.Researchesprioritizes, and followsup on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO of KDP Coffee Operating Unit including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate courseof action, referral, or response.Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including scheduling the corporate aircraft. Submits expense reports in a timely mannerBuilds rapport and collaborate effectively with the CEOof KDP Coffee Operating Unit, Executive Leadership Team, and other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants.Coordinates attendance at internal and external meetings (i.e.KDP Board, external Board, special meetings & events)Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting/editing presentations and correspondence, as well as other tasks that facilitatethe CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
