About the Role:

We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Remote Financial Sales Associate . In this entry-level role, you'll help guide clients through financial product options and provide personalized service that supports their goals. Whether you have a background in sales, customer service, or are just starting out, we provide the tools and training to help you succeed. At this moment, we accept only U.S based candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial needs
• Educate clients on available financial products and services (insurance, savings, retirement, etc.)
• Develop customized recommendations based on client goals and risk profile
• Manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in financial services or sales (no prior experience needed)
• Willingness to obtain applicable licenses (training may be provided)
• Comfortable working remotely with self-motivation
• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Pay: $60,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
