Position Highlights

• Immediate patient volume with thousands of built-in referrals
• Collaborate with an in-house colorectal surgeon
• Strong clinical and administrative support team
• Monday–Friday schedule promoting work-life balance
• Uncapped earning potential
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests

Compensation & Benefits

•   Base Salary: $600,000
•  ~$800k-$900k+ earning potential (uncapped productivity incentives)
•   Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $50,000
•   Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000
•   Partnership Track: Eligible after just 1 year
