NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC ("PARC"), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing ("NASCAR"), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Job Purpose: Provide a positive and efficient dining experience by assisting with food and beverage operations, supporting daily service activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while following all food safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Park-Wide Related Duties:

• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
• Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and service flow
• Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Department-Specific Duties:

• Assist guests with food and beverage orders and provide information on menu items and specials
• Prepare and serve food in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for order processing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including prep areas and service counters
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies to support daily operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Assist with opening and closing duties to maintain readiness for daily operations
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining experience for guests

Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications:

• Required Education None required
• Preferred Experience Food service or customer service experience preferred
• Specific Vision Requirements Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Specific Hearing Requirements Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including guest interactions, kitchen equipment, timers, and team communication, in a fast-paced food service environment
• Special Skills Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
