About the Role As our Assistant Director of Nursing LVN/RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring seamless communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
