Overview Carle Healthis seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. Opportunity Details 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday Family Medicine is housed in a larger primary care center with Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Pediatrics teams with on-site lab and radiology Team-based care model in which Physician and one APP collaboratively manage a panel of patients Supportive nursing staff and medical assistants to assist with patient care On-site Social Worker, Behavioral Health counselor and Pharmacist to support clinical work Call is 1:12 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care, precept medical student evening clinic and participate in Carle Health mobile clinic and other community health outreach efforts Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine,the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility About Our Community Champaign-Urbana has been defined as a micro-urban community, meaning we have many of the amenities of a much bigger city, with the feel of a smaller town. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
