We operate in Northville, Michigan and provide care in many surrounding areas while maintaining Joint Commission accreditation and Medicare certification. Compensation Full‑Time RN – $60.00 to $100.20 per visit (approximately $93,600 per year with full‑time points, 30 points per week). Part‑Time RN – $60.00 to $100.20 per visit (approximately $56,160 per year with part‑time points, 18 points per week). Additional Reimbursement Lab Drop Off – $15.00 per drop off Discharge without a visit – $5.00 to $10.00 per non‑visit discharge Transfer without a visit – $10.00 per non‑visit transfer Orientation period and in‑services – $30.00 per hour Weekend on call – $100.00 per weekend day or $200.00 per two‑day weekend Mileage Reimbursement – $0.50 per mile after 30 miles per day round‑trip from home Contingent RN Compensation Weekday visit – $60.00 to $100.00 per visit Weekend visit – $65.00 to $105.00 per visit Lab Drop Off – $15.00 per drop off Discharge without a visit – $5.00 to $10.00 per non‑visit discharge Transfer without a visit – $10.00 per non‑visit transfer Orientation period and in‑services – $30.00 per hour Weekend on call – $100.00 per weekend day or $200.00 per two‑day weekend Mileage Reimbursement – $0.50 per mile after 30 miles per day round‑trip from home Full‑time / Part‑time RN Benefits 401(k) with 4% Match (eligible after one year) PTO Paid weekday holidays Non‑taxed mileage reimbursement Group health insurance Professional liability insurance Responsibilities Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence. Conduct and complete an initial assessment to develop a personalized plan of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Observe signs and symptoms and report changes in the patient’s condition to the physician or other appropriate health professionals as needed. Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs. Apply critical thinking to continuously improve services and agency operations. Qualifications Active Michigan Registered Nurse license. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Auto insurance in the candidate’s name as a driver. Home health experience preferred.
