Registered Nurse - ICU - Lafayette, LA | Night Shift 12-Hour

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized ICU nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Adjust behavior and care approaches to meet individual patient needs
• Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Document care accurately using EPIC and other electronic health record systems
• Mentor and delegate tasks within the nursing team as needed

What You Need:
Required:

• Current registered nurse license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with EPIC documentation skills
• CPI certification (12-month blue card from CPI)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Specialty certifications in critical care or related areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
