Position Travel Med Surg Charge Nurse Shifts Available Days and Nights Pay equivalent to $40.32 - $55.06 per hour. Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources. Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards. Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice. Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments. Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes. Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment. Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Current and valid state RN License Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required.
