Electromechanical Technician Lead

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician Lead to support our high-volume wholesale food distribution operations. In this role, you will lead day-to-day maintenance activities, performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and calibration on conveyors, packaging lines, refrigeration support systems, and facility equipment. You’ll plan and execute preventive maintenance, coordinate work orders, and coach technicians to ensure safety, uptime, and food-safe operations. Partner with operations to reduce downtime, support continuous improvement, and uphold our family-owned culture of integrity, teamwork, and long-term employee development.
