About the Role – Labor & Delivery RN

We are seeking experienced L&D nurses to join a collaborative team providing high-quality maternal and newborn care . This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy day shifts , strong pay, and working in a close-knit, community-focused hospital .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal condition
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management
• Respond to obstetric emergencies
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care
• Document all care accurately in Epic & Cerner EMR systems

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (CA or compact eligible)
• Recent Labor & Delivery experience required (acute care)
• Epic AND Cerner experience – REQUIRED ⚠️
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
• BSN – Preferred
