Primary Care Key Responsibilities:Manage approximately 12-20 patients daily in an outpatient environment.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with No on-call duties .
This position is not remote; it is eligible for on-site telehealth only (virtual consultations via video or phone).
Available locations include Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA.
Protected administrative time is provided.
Access to Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Psychologists at each site.
Potential eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200,000 over five years).
Competitive Salary: $230,000 - $265,000.
Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays.
Retirement Benefits: Includes a traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and a federal 401K with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.

Flexibility: No restrictive physician employment contract.
Professional Development: Up to 5 days of paid leave for professional growth and reimbursement of $1,000 annually.
Malpractice Coverage: Liability protection with tail coverage included.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen applicants may be considered if no suitable U.S. Citizen is found.
Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, including the District of Columbia.
