Operations Analyst (Project Management Analyst 3) - 29007 Requisition Number: 29007 Required Travel: 11 - 25% Employment Type: Full Time / Salaried / Exempt Anticipated Salary Range: $85,705.00 - $110,011.20 Security Clearance: Ability to Obtain Level of Experience: Mid HII Mission Technologies is actively seeking a highly motivated and specialized Operations Analyst to join our Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Team. This critical role directly supports the advancement of U.S. Navy and Joint force readiness by focusing on the planning, execution, and assessment of complex training exercises within cutting‑edge Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments. The successful candidate will provide essential operational, technical, and analytical support to integrate and optimize LVC solutions. What You Will Do Basic Combat Information Center watch skills, including log keeping, electronic communication, Electronic Warfare watch hierarchy, shift work, and script execution ISO exercises. Operate and communicate via VHF, UHF, HF and other tactical voice systems. Execute land operations on San Clemente Island (must tolerate exposure to dust). Execute eight‑hour Range Support Craft (RSC) operations IVO San Clemente Island. Provide Electronic Warfare (CTT/CTR) electronic injects. What You Must Have 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master’s degree in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Experience as a Military Officer Sub‑Specialist. Military EW/ELINT operational experience. Enrollment in Navy Enlisted Classification in EW/IO. Basic computer networking skills to conduct remote operation with networked assets. Knowledge of Navy operational and administrative procedures and directives. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain an Interim Security Clearance (or transfer) in a timely manner and maintain a U.S. Government (DoD) Secret Clearance for this position on the SCORE Contract. Ability to travel (about 30%). Scheduling flexibility (ability to do shift work throughout all 24 hours of the day). Bonus Points For Having Active Secret Security Clearance. Experience with SIGINT/ELINT background. Experience with electromagnetic wave propagation principles. Physical Requirements Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines. Maximum lifting required is approximately 40 pounds from floor to three feet in height.
