Job Description We’re hiring an HR Executive Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment activities. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. If you have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Skilled in candidate assessment and coordination A proactive and result-driven approach to hiring Education + Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in both bulk and niche hiring is a plus Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools Previous experience in a consultancy or high-volume hiring setup is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Oasis Resource Management Pvt Ltd
