Overview Our great corporate client, with offices in a Northern Dallas suburb, is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the legal team. Qualifications Experience with telecom and/or technology agreements is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Draft, review, redline, and finalize standard agreements (NDAs, Services agreements, Distribution Agreements, Customer Letters etc.—Tech focused agreements) Manage contracts end-to-end using approved templates, i.e. from request intake through execution and storage Maintain and update standard contract templates and clause libraries Track contract status, versions, and execution records in shared systems Maintain contract database and make/implement approved recommendations Maintain organized legal records and documentation systems Conduct legal research as needed or requested Prepare short summaries or memos for internal use Provide basic legal support to teams such as HR, Finance, Tax, and Operations Assist attorneys with disputes, due diligence, and other legal tasks as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legalpeople
