Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Springfield, Missouri.

**Required Licensure:**- Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)**Required Certifications:**- BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only- TNCC- NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)**Preferred Certifications:**- None specified beyond required.**Years of Experience:**- 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume.**Must Have Skills/Experience:**- 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center.**Preferred Skillset/Experience:**- Trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:**- Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications is required.- Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in their area of responsibility.**Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:**- Stand and walk most of the time on duty.- Lift and push patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs.- Physical demands include push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
