As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will transform the lives of our patients and residents while enjoying the fulfillment of truly knowing them and their families. Your role will involve caring for a diverse range of patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge and skills across multiple areas.

• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to create effective care plans.
• Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure proper implementation of interventions.
• Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and during shift changes.

• Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification is mandatory.

Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 - USD $41.80 per hour.
