You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver customer service with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
• Monitor access control points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, processing visitor check-in procedures, and/or maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support lobby, reception, and/or entry screening operations by assisting with deliveries, directing guests to appropriate areas, and following post orders for restricted spaces and sensitive locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
